Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cybersecurity Exams (the "Service", available at https://cybersecurityexams.net). By purchasing, redeeming an access code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What We Provide
The Service offers independent practice questions and simulated exams to help you prepare for professional certification exams. Our material is created independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body or exam vendor. All certification names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Our content is for study purposes. We do not reproduce real exam questions, and we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any certification exam.
2. No Account Required
We do not create user accounts or store passwords. Access is granted through a unique access code emailed to you at purchase. You are responsible for keeping your access code private and secure.
3. Access Codes Are Personal and Non-Transferable
Each access code is issued to a single purchaser for personal use only. You may not share, sell, publish, lend, or otherwise transfer your access code. We run regular checks to detect shared or abused codes. Access codes found to be shared, resold, or used in a way that suggests multiple users may be suspended or revoked without refund. For legitimate bulk or enterprise access, contact us at contact@cybersecurityexams.net.
4. Access, Validity and Expiry
Each plan clearly states what it includes. Plans fall into one of two types:
- Time-based plans grant unlimited practice and exam attempts for a fixed window (for example 7 days, 30 days, or 1 year), counted from the date of purchase. Access ends when that window expires.
- Attempt-based plans grant a set number of exam attempts (with practice included), valid until those attempts are used or the plan's stated validity period ends, whichever comes first.
Access is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Once a plan expires or its attempts are used up, you simply purchase again if you wish to continue. The exact type and limits of each plan are shown on its exam page before you buy.
5. Payments and Promotions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout. Promotional codes and discounts are valid only for the period and conditions stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
6. Refunds
Because access is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, access codes are generally non-refundable once issued. If you experience a genuine problem (for example a code that will not activate), contact us at contact@cybersecurityexams.net and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, record, redistribute, or republish any questions, explanations, or other content;
- Share your access code or allow others to use it;
- Attempt to probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass any access control;
- Use automated tools to extract content or overload the Service;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, question banks, explanations, software, and design of the Service are owned by Cybersecurity Exams or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your access grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.
9. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements (for example via Google) during practice mode only. Exam simulations are kept ad-free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads, subject to their own privacy policies.
10. Privacy
We keep your email address so we can deliver and, if needed, re-send your access code, and to contact you about your purchase. To protect against account sharing and abuse, we also log limited technical information when an access code is used โ such as the IP address and approximate country โ and review it where sharing is suspected. We do not sell your personal information. Payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. If advertising is enabled, ad partners may collect usage data as described above.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content is complete or accurate, or that use of the Service will lead to any particular exam result.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cybersecurity Exams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the access in question.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
